Terrible TV - Bad in every way - Do not purchase!, December 3, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: iSymphony LED32IH50 32-Inch 720p LED HDTV (Electronics) Stay away from this TV! I purchased it as part of a $220.00 lightning deal over Black Friday and I feel completely scammed. This was intended to be a small TV for a home office that I wanted solely for its small form factor and to get basic news information, However, every portion is bad:
Image - You'd never know this is LED backlight. Images, including HD sources, are soft, it has poor color reproduction, there is a high level of grain, and colors and brightness vary from channel to channel.
Sound - Being a small TV, I was just expecting decent voices with no real range, but I got even less than that. In standard (forward directing sound) mode, there is an high pitch which gave my wife and I a headache after 30 minutes of listening. This goes away when you select the (rear directing sound) surround mode, but it then sounds like any noise is coming from a tin box in a tiled room through a closed door that it ten feet away. Great TV but missing accessories, poor customer service, November 29, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: iSymphony LED32IH50 32-Inch 720p LED HDTV (Electronics) Received TV today and unpackaged it to check it out. Did not come with remote, manual, batteries, or screws to hold base on. Called Amazon, they suggested I get in touch with manufacturer. Not pleased about this, but was a great lightning deal at $229.
Manufacturer said would send remote with proof of purchase, should be here by end of week hopefully. Meanwhile, Akai code works for my universal, so I got it going.
That's where the bad ends. After that, all is good.
Hooked up TV to my PS3. TV quality is great, looks much better than my 32" Dynex. Was pleasantly surprised when I turned on my PS3 and the TV says it's at 1080P. Description says 720P, so was expecting a little less quality than what my 2 year old Dynex (also 32 inch, also 1080P) was. Wife compares the TV quality to the change between our old SDTV being upgraded to the 1080P of Dynex.

So close, yet so, so far, December 8, 2011 By M47R1X (OKC, OK, USA) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: iSymphony LED32IH50 32-Inch 720p LED HDTV (Electronics) Like many others, I purchased this television as part of a Cyber Monday week lightning deal. I had actually had the TCL 32" LCD 720p LCD HDTV the same morning in my cart, but I hesitated too long and lost that deal. I now really wish I hadn't.
This TV had warning signs when I pulled it out of the box. For one, there is one label for the buttons on the TV itself, and this was peeling off. The holes were punched a little bit offset, and as a result, the sticker had to be folded to fit in place. The sticker with the serial and model number of the set was sloppily placed on the right side near the buttons, and it could be seen from the front of the screen. I figured that these were minor issues, and hoped that they were the only ones.
The build quality of the TV looks a bit cheap (surprise, surprise). The clear plastic lip on the bottom looks poorly molded and flimsy. The bezel has a few indentions and one little bump in the center of the top side. The remote's... Read more
