The audio quality could be a little better but all in all it's very good quality. This would be great for a dorm room because of it's size and slimness.

It was July before I could actually watch it. Some pieces were missing, and I discovered that RCA doesn't deal with missing pieces.
They gave me a phone number to call. That number said I had to call a different number, and THAT number said I had to call the first number. I went around with this for HOURS (and collected a few more phone numbers) before I got to someone to actually talk to, who said they couldn't help me. Eventually, I found someone who took down my information and said they would send the parts right out. They didn't do that, though. A week and a half later, I went through the whole thing again before actually getting hold of someone who said (again) that they'd send the parts out. At the point where I was ready to return it the following day, the missing parts arrived. It took me two days of concentrated effort, and one phone call after another, plus three weeks of... It's perfect for a kitchen or for an office or dorm room where you don't want something big and obtrusive. In my house, we use it on our screened porch and camper in the summer. It weighs next to nothing. The picture and color are clear, it was very easy to set up. If I need another small tv I would not hesitate to get this one.
